Choose a Sa that feels comfortable. The vocal preset selects its octave automatically; the octave number and exact Sa frequency are displayed above. Pa, Ma and Ni use natural intervals, which differ slightly from equal-tempered tuner notes. Use Pa for a traditional Pancham foundation, Ma for Pa-varjit raags such as Malkauns, or Ni for Marwa and Puriya. Both Jodi strings stay at Sa, and Kharaj sounds the lower Sa.
The companion begins at +2.5 cents with a 50% stroke offset, for a gentle, spacious sound. Adjust the balance to your ear. Your settings stay in this browser; playback always begins with your permission.
Original acoustic recordings stay on the private audio server. Your browser receives the mixed concert output; an internet connection is needed.
A softer start. Keep the jaw relaxed and the vowel open. Sing one straight note, without vibrato. The hold builds within ±15 cents, with a brief 0.4-second grace for small breaks.
Only in your room. Your voice is analysed on this device, never recorded or uploaded. Use headphones with accompaniment so the microphone hears your voice.
Your tempo, cycle, sound, theka, laya and volume are remembered in this browser.
